I have the opportunity to purchase an original pong arcade game--the big yellow one with woodgrain sides and silver knobs. I have been unable to pin down a value on it--and I sure don't want to get ripped off! Can anybody out there give me an idea of what such a machine would be worth, in fair to good condition? Thanks SOOOO much!

Well for the most part they're fairly collectable games. Not the best fun out there. But then again it's Pong! I have no clue what prices your working with but first off anything over $800-$1000 is usually a rip for an upright arcade game. My rules for buying is not to go over $300 unless it a game I really desire. Even then, I'm still a low-baller.

What is the seller asking for the pong?

Thanks guys!

Got it--you guys sure know your stuff--those threads answered pretty much all my questions. What is the deal with the coin door? One kind is more valuable?
