Hello all!

With my recently purchase of an IJ(W) I have, like others, noticed how great the sound is! I was, therefore, thinking of adding either a Flipper Fidelity or a Pinball Pro speaker and subwoofer kit into the machine and was wondering if anyone had already done this (with either FF or PPro)? If so, did you find a noticeable difference in sounds both spoken and effect?

I have used both Flipper Fidelity and Pinball Pro before and it seems almost machine specific which might be better. Also, with my living in Florida the Pinball Pro has some additional fees (tax), thus ends up being ~$25-30 more than the Flipper Fidelity. And, to be honest, after buying the IJ(W) I would not mind saving the extra money but in the end, for $25 or so, if Pinball Pro is much better then that would be a more prudent choice. I am, therefore, leaning towards Flipper Fidelity but am not sure so I thought I would see what others had already done.

Thank you all for your thoughts!

I don't think there is a lot of difference between the two. Someone basically donated me a PP subwoofer for my Time Machine but I am waiting on the adapter plate and volume controls from the company since the guy didnt have those parts to it. Big ol' 8 inch sub. Cant wait to get it working in there. :)

So far I am leaning towards just upgrading the sub-woofer, much like you did. Do you feel the speakers really are not necessary?

Santeh, the subwoofer was given to me for the cost of shipping. I do not personally feel my speakers will be worrh upgrading in a 1000$ game and I am not sinkin any more money into Time Machine other than rebuilsing mechs. Thats like an 80 buk subwoofer I am getting for 30 bucks in the end between parts for it from the vendor and shipping......hard to pass up.
