If you haven't seen this.....

Watch that one quite often. I think its really cool. If they ever came near enough to me I'd probably quick $20 to go see it.

Fun video to watch. I wonder if whoever put it all together was actually alive during the Golden Age. No Sea Wolf, Pole Position, Battlezone, or Gorf. They could've had those instead of some of the other weaker titles...jeez I complain alot

Video Games Live has alot of music they will play, but for the most part it's newer stuff with medleys and multiple songs and themes per each game. Run a search on youtube and you'll see alot of NES stuff like Mario and Zelda as well as newer stuff like MetalGear and Final Fantasy.

Still, I'm with you, I wish we could see alot more early 80's stuff from the arcades.

I really liked this video! But something struck me as odd, and that was the audience reactions.

It doesn't sound authentic, even if there were nothing but classic arcade enthusiasts in the audience. The reactions sound too quick.

yhea i didn't get the reaction either, i was really hoping to see star wars with that awesome music! still cool they came to new york (nassau collisieum) but i couldn't get anyone to go!!

There is a separate Star Wars in Concert show. I saw it last October when it rolled through Portland. Man that was awesome.

This Game Music show came through about a month or so later, but I didn't get tickets :(
