If you have Hard Drivin' or Race Drivin' and you haven't replaced the belt...
...you don't know what you're missing! I just got a Race Drivin' and I felt like the thing played great. I noticed that the belt was squeaking whenever my kids were playing it and pushing hard against the wheel. I also noticed it had a "bump bump" action to it once in a while (no doubt slipping and catching). Finally, whenever I started a new game the wheel would automatically roll to the left all the way down on track selection.
Well, reading through the forum, I found that the belt this game needs is a $10 off the shelf belt from NAPA (NAPA 3L230). Picked one up, put it on, and BAM! Silky smooth operation, no slipping, no jerking, and no auto roll to the left on track and vehicle selection! It literally takes 15 seconds to replace. By far the easiest arcade repair I've ever done.
