There was a vidiot board on ebay last week that WAS worse than that one. It had a huge chunk totally missing from the board, probably about 20 percent of the board was gone.

Is that one of the centipede boards you have for sale.

"working when pulled" haven't tested it since. :O)

So I take it you were the person that bought those Ebay boards last week. I looked at those and passed. The pictures did show the hole in it if not in as graphic detail as your pictures.

Yep. The other board needed a nice cleaning and the chips reseated, and it works perfect.

You should challenge yourself and fix that board. It would look like hell but it is fixable if someone really wanted to. Cost effective? ...not by a long shot but it would be a cool project.

Just put a fuse in the hole and im sure it works. I see ad's all the time that to get things working again that they only need a fuse

Bahh, I dont have the time, resources or patience for that! I am all for repairing boards, but this board had skulls and crossbones in its eyes. The board has already been picked apart for usable ROMs and some ICs like the 4584s and chopped up, so now its in the recycling heap. I also pulled all the gold pins from the ROM sockets. Bling Bling :D
