Identifying flaws in Eprom data plus a couple questions!

Yo everyone!

Back at it again with the noob eprom questions! First off I'm getting started with the Gq4x4, and just want to confirm that the "buffer" tab is where I find the data that has been read/written to the current eprom correct? Also wondering if there is anything specific I should look out for in the data that is read from a given eprom that would signify it being corrupt/incorrect? I'm lucky enough to have a fully functional game board and a broken one of the game I'm looking to repair (Aurail) so if all else fails I can just do a side by side comparison of the data! I've attached a screenshot of the first eprom data I've read.

Probably will be pretty active in the next few weeks with random questions like this... and I absolutely appreciate how helpful the KLOV community is! Thanks my dudes!

The buffer contains whatever has been read or opened most recently. If you just read an eprom, the buffer will contain that chip's data. If you just opened a rom file from the open button, the buffer will contain that.

When you want to check a chip against a mame rom for accuracy, first open the mame rom, then click Verify. The chip's contents will be compared against the buffer contents (the file that was opened).
