I currently have a chassis with no tube. Model number on the board is DBQ 2061433-055, so I believe its a K4900. Main board has 4 pots for adjusting the picture

With that said I've seen this type of chassis on 13", 19" and 25" tubes. Not knowing much about monitors otherwise, can this chassis be mounted to any sized tube, or are some k4900 chassis only meant to work on a 25" tube for example?

I don't know of any monitor chassis that can go from one size tube to another without modification. Some monitors used the same basic chassis but with different components for different tubes (the K7000 is one like that) but the 4900 was only used in 19" AFAIK.

K4900 is only for a 19 inch screen. No k4900 was made for a 25 inch screen.

Wrong. I've seen them. Rare as hell. But I have seen one. I think it was medium res as well. Sorry, no photo so I guess it doesn't exist. If I knew it was rare I would have taken a photo.

Wow, I stand corrected. Found one on google. They have a width coil similar to one on a k7000 25 inch chassis and a large aluminum box on the side which im assuming is an added heatsink. I've never seen one out in the wild.

yeah BUT they are a k5500 / k5515 not a k4900 just like the k4800 is a 13inch so they all have their own model numbers.

k5500/5501 standard res 25inch
k5515 25inch med res
k4800 13inch standard res
k4915 19inch medium res
ALL other K4900 series 19inch standard res.
