Identify this 32 inch monitor?

I have to replace this (someone spilled on it), I pulled it from a Japanese pac-man battle royale arcade. It's 17.5 high by 29 inches wide. These are the only markings on it and I can't find any info (assuming these stickers have the model)

Might have to take some of those metal covers off and find p/n's on the boards.

Do you know which video format(s) that game board outputs?

It looks like it uses the VGA input from the game? maybe possible to find an older "dumb" 32" LCD TV or monitor that would work in place of the $$$ Wells G monitor?
