Plus, the reason for the "Z" back is for a single person to get it in and out of a pickup truck.

The old yellowed overlay is from SF2 champ edition and most likely what your cab started its life as. There's someone here in ca and a Klover that bought 100 red Z back's strait from Capcom with SF2 CE kits pre installed and I own 2 of them. I've been told by a few old operators that's it's a dedicated cab for SF2 CE but many will disagree. I for one belive the people I know that have been operating since the 80's and have personally seen them come strait from Capcom. I have also verified this with an ex Capcom employee who still lives in the Bay Area.

Way back when, all of the Golflands here had blue SFII' machines straight from Capcom in 3-Koam cabs.

When I lived in tracy, there was a big blue in 7 11 with SF2 CE but a few liquor stores and the Round Table all had the red Z back with it. The blue Z back came with a game that had something to do with snow, can't remember what it was called. Archival would know more about this, he's the one I got my Z backs from along with about 15 cut corner control panels from his dumpster that all had SF2CE overlays under several other overlays.
