So yesterday I drove a total of 12 hours to pick up the crane I picked up on eBay. I stopped at the local Goodwill on the way home to pick up some plush for the machine. At $.47 a piece I can't really go wrong.

Once it was home and in the basement (reason 37 that if we ever move professionals are in charge of clearing out the basement) I stocked it and fired it up. I had to solder a wire on the claw strength rheostat and I need to troubleshoot the flourescent light but it is operational.
Does anyone know what machine this is? It is definitely made by some arcade company somewhere as the cabinet is well constructed, well laid out and has a serial number plate.
There are two main boards inside including one with a counter mechanism. On this auxiliary board there is a bank of dip switches. Any idea what they control.
This appears to be the version which works solely on relays. There is no logic board persay. I believe that means if I were to desire to switch to a joystick control it would be necessary to fit it with an aftermarket control board. Is that correct?
Does anyone know if there is an adjustment on this particular machine, perhaps in the carriage switches, to control how soon after retraction the claw closes? This is only for home game room use so at least for a while I would like to make it more successful for my 6 year old.
Finally, one of the reject buttons on a coin mech has the pin broken off of it. Where is my best place to find a replacement as well as a simple HAPP style button to use as a free play bypass?
