Please give me your ideas about cool things to have in the arcade. Jukebox, bill changer, coke machine...stuff like that. Also decor type things like colorful carpet, blacklights, etc. Thanks!

Jukes are only cool if they play 45's. Lighted signs are also a must:

I haven't seen anyone put in a ticket redemption counter yet. A couple shelves of army men, parachute guys, and penny candy. Then a cabinet on the back wall filled with "impossible" prizes like a small tv for 20000 tickets. Come to think of it, that would be a neat way to display CIB console/home rarities.

I'm just starting out and using my garage for my arcade so its getting blacklights and basic carpet. I'm working up to some UV reactive carpet at some point. For me, anything that will react with blacklight is a winner. Also rope lights would work good around the top of the room if you can't afford neon. I have a good friend who does huge mural paintings and I'm going to ask him to do something really cool in UV paint on one wall. After my move this weekend I'll post up some pics of my progress, it'll be nice to start fresh with the games having priority over clutter and it makes it easier to throw crap away instead of letting it kill the atmosphere.

That is a great idea for displaying collectibles. A counter/case could be built easy enough then a tacky bright red or orange Formica would make it look authentic!

For my gameroom, I'm adding Shockwave blacklight carpet, kegerator (I also homebrew), 'House Rules' sign, and a letterboard with high scores and kegerator selection. Neon / EL wire, mirror balls, or other lighting effects can be cool if it works in your room. If I had the space, I would add a small Rock-ola jukebox and maybe a bill changer (although from polling my buddies, they would prefer to keep everything on free play).

I'm always a fan of "video game props." I know these are console games, but just for example, here are some I've made (and yes I do have similar ones available):

From Fallout:

Dude that is awesome. Is that your gameroom? If so how did you do the backlight mural and earth mural???

Yep that's my Outer Limits Arcade Room. I painted the Mad Planets inspired mural with regular latex and black light reactive Tempera paints. The Earth mural was purchased online as a 4 piece wallpaper mural, then split and assembled over 2 walls (meets at either side of a door frame in the corner of the room) rather than one.
