Troubleshooting some sound issues. Checking my voltages:

5.23 VDC at the power supply

108.8 VAC at the outlet next to the power supply going to the monitor and the lamp. Sticker next to the outlet says 100 VAC MAX at 15A.

I'm I good? If not, can I adjust the power supply and the outlet?

Bumping and adding clarification....

What is a good range for a pcb when the target is 5 vdc? I know you want to get as close to 5 vdc as possible....

I don't know if the 5.23 vdc is ruining my pcbs, so I want to fix it or buy a new power supply if needed....

Thanks in advance.

That should be about right, its adjustable but you have to pull Pandora's box apart to do it. I know all the Nintendo boards I've messed with like different voltages but the norm seems to be 5.10~5.30 I hope that answers your question.

yeah, i've run into those same general voltage ranges on a few different pp7a and b power supplies and never had any issues except when the p/s finally took a dump, so i'd say you're fine there.
