ID this cocktail?

Missile Command.

That's a lay-up, man. ;)

Thanks :) I've never seen one, haven't been collecting them very long... The guy who has this also has a Space Firebird and a Space Invaders. None of them are in working condition, he wants $150 each. So I've been trying to decide if it's worth driving a bit (a long bit) to pick them up.

I'll put in a good word for Space Firebird -- never played it until I bought a cocktail (Sega/Gremlin marketed version) late last year; a surprisingly decent game for one that did not get a lot of love back in the day; just overshadowed by other shooters like Galaga. Depending on the extent of non-working, it could be a decent pick-up for the price - sometimes "non-working" games are easy to rectify, depends on the situation.

For me it was that beat to hell deep yellow trackball that I am sure barely moves and makes a musical grinding sound - about 0.5 seconds before I saw the buttons - that ID'ed it for me. Curse MC CT's. The trackball rebuild and that damn monitor are thorns in my side. (I don't mind one TB rebuild per machine but two....)

On the flip side when you get it back to perfect working condition it's a thing of beauty.
