ID this 27" monitor chassis please

All of those are on the factory "sel+down" menu.

The only difference between the Factory and Regular menus are that you can set the brightness in the Factory Menu, and then the regular menu will only adjust up to that point, even though it says 100%. That goes for the other options too. If you did a reset, then all the regular settings should be at 50%, and you'll probably be able to adjust the Factory settings up to get that to where you want it...

Thanks for clarification on that. However, I did try that RE one and it didn't make the mode button work. I'll try again tonight just to be sure though.

Despite the comments in this thread, it puts out a beautiful picture, and makes the nt-2701 in my other rush stick out like a sore thumb with its need for a cap kit and/or rejuve.

it's too bad the NAOMI cabs we got didn't have glass on them and the previous owners used some stupid ass chemicals on the tubes and left permanent etchings in the glass.

Test your Mode button to see if it works. Check the cable for breaks or cuts....

Right on, mod. The mode button's wire was broken right at the connector where it plugs into the chassis. Now it's fully functional!

I tried the factory menu on the 2 D9200s today..... and the OSDs were entirely different!

what's really strange is they're both the big blue/silver switchblade or whatever style NAOMI cabs are called, and the monitors are entirely different.

whatever the case, I corrected my problem too.

so hooray, the D9200s don't suck today. surprised you were able to fix that broken wire, it's such a tiny connector.

All I did was strip the wire, shove it in there, and melt a big blob of solder onto it. So it's not the most robust fix, but as long as it doesn't get messed with I think it'll be OK.
