The ball rods on my game are not moving up and down as they once were. In the manual it states to use silicone on them every 60 days. Plus it also states to lubricate mechanical parts too.

Can anyone provide me any advice on what brand of lubrication I should use on this game? I read not to use 3 in 1 or WD40. I also read that Nyogel works well but is rather sticky. What do you guys think?

Any Ice Cold Beer or Zeke's Peak owners provide any feedback on what works for them?
