How good or bad is the ICB remake ? I have a customer asking for one. With a classic Atari being a 10 and a 1UP being a -10 , where would you put it on the quality scale ?

I haven't seen one in person, but I'm also interested in this. I don't know if it was based on a video announcement or something else, but I was under the impression that it was quite nice.
They were made by a couple of KLOVrs and are quite nice. The upgrade to the drive system makes for less hassle over the belt system.
The bezel art is probably the best of any reproduction icb art.

I looked at them a while back and they were very well built. I'd say on par or even better built than the original.

I saw some where a few people said they had issues with the earlier builds of it. I have a distributor I always buy from for my route. He said he is reaching out and asking if some of the earlier issues were addressed. I think it could do well in the bar it would be going to but don't want to get stuck with a gazillion service calls on it.
What's the best place to buy the remake? Sold my original "restored" one I bought because of all the issues. Rather just buy a new one.
I played it when they first showed it off at IAAPA Expo. not only did it feel accurate to the original, it seemed well built. I spoke with their spokesperson and they were very cool. Not sure if he is the one that is a member on KLOV but everything about the experience was great.

I buy my new games from them also. Different salesperson though. Always have had great dealings with them.
