According the VAPS this game is pretty rare on here(you should update your vaps).

Anyway here is mine.
http://forums.arcade-museum.com/showthread.php?t=268950

It had been converted when I got it, had to convert it back and fix it.

This ICE version has 2 more holes and overall is good. I've also seen pictures of the same game marked Tom's adventure which was a full factory different game like Zeek's Peak was for the first. I don't think it was released in the states though.

Edit: I should say that I have the side art for mine but I never installed it.

That Crazy Climber is cool, In reading up on it at one point ICE would make a custom marquee, so you could have like "Joe's Bar" etc. Do you have pics of the Tom's Adventure? I had heard rumors of a Root Beer version but I think it's just the marquee.

updated vaps....

Do you know what model ticket dispenser was used on these? I wouldn't mind getting one.

I don't know about the custom marquee but they made me an original. It wasn't old stock like the glass. The side art I never put on was printed when I ordered it as well.

I had pics of Tom's Adventure, I'll see if I can find them.

No clue on the ticket dispenser that it would have come with and the manual doesn't list a part number. I haven't ever really looked at ticket dispensers to see if their is a difference in them. It would take a dollar bill reader as well.

Here's the flyer from VAPS that's says you can customize the marquee.

Ok found the Tom's Adventure game. Same layout on the playing field and same top layout on the score board(missing the high score parts). Cabinet is a little different.

You also had a European version of the old one that had a candy cain type background.

ALso did you notice the label below on the underside of the control panel:

Same top number, bottom number 100903 on mine. Figured it was a date stamp.

As far as the toms adventures I'm guessing it is a licensed version sold overseas. The playfield looks identical(as far as where the holes are), buttons are in the same locations, etc. The score board only has a single row vs the 2 of the ICE version(so it doesn't have the bonus/credits row)
