Ice Cold Beer (ICB) Playfield Insert Decal?

Has anyone ever seen a reproduction decal, full replacement insert, or a vinyl paint mask that can be used to repair the following?

I've been meaning to do it with Rich at This Old Game but I just haven't gotten around to it yet. Mine looks about like yours does. IIRC he said he would do it as a plastic piece with artwork applied. If you can scan it, he might just knock out the artwork for you and get a run going. I'd definitely be in for one. I just haven't been able to get around to scanning due to other projects. I'm convinced these would sell well though.

Now that we have access to new sideart, control panel overlays, taito stickers, and phoenix arcade glass, who will be taking this on?

I have scanned it, and cleaned it up to the best of my limited ability....
