Hello and Happy New Year to all, got a problem with an ICB was hoping to get some help. Got the game working for my bud Bradley C by replacing one of the PIA's after he installed new motors and bands. He decided he wanted to trade it so we made a deal and I have game. While he was playing game before I picked it up transistor Q11 smoked and burned. Q11 replaced and now game doesn't work, I found that the right motor (from behind game) shorted out, new motor installed and game still doesn't work. Here's what it is doing, when turned on game starts initializing, pouring sounds start and the motors move the bar to the top, both motors continue to run, they will not reverse direction and move down to seek ball and ready the game to play.
All voltages are correct, I swapped out all socketed chips with known good ones, ROM checksums are correct and I've replaced the following U21, 22, 32, 35, 36, 37 transistors Q8, 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, 19. I've checked pinouts from playfield to PCB, checked function of the 4 limit switches. I'm at a dead end now don't know what else to check or replace. Anyone have any ideas on what problem might be or where to look/check next?
Appreciate any help.
Thanks,
Rich
