Hey all,

As documented a few days ago (http://forums.arcade-museum.com/showthread.php?t=260142), I recently picked up a nice haul of Ice Cold Beer glass bezels. I've now gone through them, picked out a couple for myself and sold 2 (yes, those people cherry-picked), and the rest are now available for sale.

I'm going to price these very reasonably. Keep in mind a few things:

  1. These have never been installed on cabinets.
  2. These have been stored and moved around for years, so they're not perfect. All have some imperfections in the artwork. If you want a perfect one, wait for the repros from Phoenix Arcade. Some folks will likely want to do minor touch-up on the backs to make them look even better.
  3. I'd prefer local pick-up, but I know that isn't always possible, so I will ship. I'm not sure exactly how much the shipping will be, but I'm going to assume a flat $20 shipping and if it works out a little more I'll just eat that. These will require custom boxes to be made due to their size.
  4. All of them have the "sparkles" in front of the scoring holes.
  5. I've not taken pictures of each one, just representative samples.
  6. Some are better than others, I've got them in order. Group A are the better ones, down to Group C. Pricing is in those tiers.
Tiered pricing (#'s are the quantity I have available in that group)
Group A (4): $40 ea
Group B (3): $30 ea
Group C (5): $20 ea

Here are a couple of pictures, these are Group A & B bezels. Group C's are a little worse with more crackling of the artwork.

I will take an A bezel.
If none left, then one B bezel.
You can ship these without them getting busted?

WOW! My inbox is overflowing with PM's on these bezels.

I've got everyone's place in line held, and I'm going to take pictures of the individual bezel for each person that I reserved, and send to them for their approval. If folks that are in front of you in line don't want their bezel and drop out for whatever reason, then your place in line may move up and improve. I'll move through the queue, securing each person's OK, then get to the next one. After my daughter goes to bed tonight, I'll start snapping pics and sending them out to everyone. Hopefully this is a good and fair way to do it, I'm basing places in line on the FIFO process.

Thanks for everyone's interest. If everyone that responded actually takes one, as of this moment I'm only down to 2 C grade bezels left.

Pictures have been sent out to the first group of folks for their approval. Once they approve and pay, then I'll ship those and move on to the next set. Doing it this way in case someone doesn't approve the picture, because the folks later in line may move up and get a better one.

I'll ask patience on the shipping for a few days because I have to make some boxes and get appropriate packing material. I don't want these damaged at all in shipping.

Thanks,
Greg

Here's the current status (in no particular order):

ZEN - Pic sent & approved, paid
zutton1 - Pic sent & approved, paid
jehuie - Pic sent & approved, paid for B grade (waiting to see if an A grade person backs out)
kspiff - Pic sent & approved, paid
baymencoach - Pic sent & approved, paid
bobn - Pic sent & approved, awaiting payment & pickup/shipping choice
Mr Do -Pic sent & approved, awaiting payment (B grade, waiting to see if an A grade person backs out)

Once this group is all settled up, I'll move on to the next folks in line. So if you're in that group, expect PM's from me in the next couple of days with your status.

I'm going to Office Depot later today to get packing supplies to get started on packing these things up for shipment.

Thanks,
Greg

I bet you underestimated the shipping costs on these & will have to give up a lot on your end. I end up doing this also, when I come up with a total price including shipping before I actually weigh an item in the carton it is going to ship in with all the packaging.

Good luck with the sales & I hope I am wrong, and it costs only $20. to ship these.

I hope you're wrong too, but I probably did underestimate the shipping costs, because I need to get bubble wrap to do this properly to ensure they arrive OK. Oh well, it's part of the hobby, and I wanted to make sure folks get nice ICB glass bezels for their machines.
