I recently (Last October) bought an Ice Cold Beer which was sold as fully working minus belts that needed to be installed.

It arrived with one of the motors on the floor and the other so baldy deteriorated that it looked like it was going to fall off.

New motors were ordered and installed and a new belt fitted. The rails were all greased up (They were dry as a bone) but now there's another issue.

Please see the report from the engineer who is working on this for me.

"I have fitted the motors (PIA BTW) and belts, plus lubricated the runners as there were very dry and binding up.

However it seems to still not be behaving correctly it just runs into it's limits and tries to keep going. To the point I have to pull power or it will snap the belts.

I have checked the micro switches function which they do."

Because we don't get many of these in the UK, I was wondering if any of you guys could help pin point the issue?

Any advice would be gratefully received.

Check to make sure that the micro switch levers are positioned correctly.
What I mean by this is that the micro switch has an extension lever attached to the micro switch. The lever might not be positioned where it depresses the lever far enough to trigger the micro switch from registering.
I had a similar issue and bent the lever on the switch slightly inward and that gave it enough to trip the micro switch and stop to bar from constantly running.

Just to let you know, the machine was repaired today! I turned out it was a faulty connector!

Please to finally get it delivered to me, can't wait to play it!

Thanks for posting :)
