icade 60-in-1 game dips - original factory settings list

Hi everyone. I just installed an icade 60-in-1 and set all the games to their original factory settings. I couldn't find all the game dip settings in one place/post but was able to look each up at www.arcaderestoration.com.

The icade starts with each game dip settings "off" so you have to turn some "on" to get to the original factory settings. If I didn't list the game below, then the icade default of every dip setting "off" already has the game set at the factory defaults. If I've listed the dip # below, switch it "on."
