Just saying. I would have loved experiencing the 80's in my 20's. I probably would have lived in Miami, played video games, and done massive amounts of blow.

The 80's weren't a "bad hair" day, they were a "bad hair" decade!

Very bad hair!

i was born in 1986...

my house is all 50s 60s 70s and 80s.. the only modern thing is my flat screen...

I was born in 1982 - The year of awesome.

I have solid, super detailed memories from when I was 4, but I swear I have little memory flashes of earlier, like I told my mom once that I remember a barn, a horse and go-carts (weird) She told me we lived in the country our neighbor had a horse and go-carts for his kids. Then I find out my dad used to always hang out with him in the barn and drink PBR's with me (a 2 or 3 year old)! HAHAHA I've also told her details of the old house that we moved out of before I was 4 and it blew her freaking mind.

So I'd like to think I was semi-cognitive by like 1985-86, but overall the 80's blew by me.

Agree, I was born in 75, so I was a little kid in the early 80s, these games were so large and cool, the thought of having my own game seemed impossible, like that doosher in Silver Spoons, what was that game he had anyway...anyone remember?

I got to enjoy the 80's arcade scene.

I graduated from high school and was off to college in the 80's and have pretty vivid memories of the arcade scene from the late 70's through about '85. After that school got too damned time consuming and the arcades began dropping like flies.

I can hook you up... A customer of mine returned one of my units and said it didn't work... But I have tested it since, and it works just fine. (It was just a fuse.)

Hell, I'd pay good money just to go back to a big lottery day and be able to remember the numbers.

...that's the good money I'd pay, you see...

i remember stuff from when i was 3 or 4 as well... really pretty crazy.

i got in trouble for flushing legos.. i threw rubber ducks over a wall in my bedroom
i rubbed my head on a screen in my window and got a rash, lotsa little stuff.

Yeah, I was always jealous of that too.

That is the truth Jawhn, if it doesn't turn on, you can bet its just a 30 cent fuse. LOL

Being born in 1968 I remember walking into K&B Arcade with my Scorpions shirt on, still smelling of smoke from the concert and walking straight over to DK with a mountain dew in hand.

Lord all mighty, I miss those times.
