I was taking my universal cabinet apart to clean out all the dust and when I put it back together i plugged the wiring harness to the board upside down, it fit perfect and I didn't realize I even did it until I powered it back on and nothing happened. I turned it back off right away, and plug the harness in properly but nothing is happening now. the screen powers on but theres no game. does anyone know what to do?

Odds are you sent too high a voltage to some components on the board and caused damage. Maybe try and find someone who does repairs and see if they can fix it. If not then probably buy a new board. You can try and figure out what's wrong yourself but if you're not experienced in board repair it will probably not be that easy to track down the issue. Of course you can check the pin out and see from the harness where the incorrect voltages were plugged in.

ok I took another look at the cabinet and I lucked out, there was a fuse I didn't see at first hidden in the back of that cabinet that blew out. thank god :p
