I need Vertical stretch on my Punchout screens

Does anybody know how hard to turn this? I'm using a plastic allen tweaker now and its not moving the horizotal width coil at all. I'm afraid to force it or use a steel one.

It took no effort to turn mine but unfortunately when I did turn it, it did nothing for my screen at all. I used a regular L shaped driver, the short end of course.

Well, The bob roberts kit fixed it!! I want to thank everyone very much for all of the advice I really apreciate it. Unfortunately at some point I broke one of the 3 legs on my volume knob for the lower screen. The search for a new one begins.

Thanks for the information! I think mine is seized up or something. I have about an inch on both sides so its playable by far, maybe I have OCD or something.
