Hi;
I purchased a HUO ST SOS from Dan and had it shipped NAVL/STI and was assured that it would be handled properly. Well, after much fanfare, it arrived damaged!
It took such a hit, that it knocked a yoke wedge loose and broke a large resistor off the chassis, (see pics). Suffice it to say,it does not work. I intend of doing the rebuild myself,
Anyway, I need help with my claim.. I contacted Chad and he does not want to get involved.
Does anyone know of another person/company that would be willing to help me by supplying a quote on letterhead for the repair / rebuild of the G08 that I would be able to submit to the claims department. Of course, I will compensate for time and effort.
Time is running out on my window to file the claim so ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Jeffrey Matthews

Are there any repair places in your area? They might be able to do this for you. Does not mean you need to go there to get it fixed, just an estimate.

Sorry about the misfortune :( NAVL and STI I always thought were pretty good, but accidents can happen.

For the life of me I can not figure out what a ST SOS is :(

Is there cabinet damage? That might have just come loose from the bouncing around in the truck. Find a TV repair place and ask them to give you an estimate to do the repair work.

Chris;
Yes, there is damage on the skirt of the bottom of the game and there they used nails to try and "put it back together". I contacted Dan, the seller and he was aghast of what they did to the game.....
As I did not see the damage under the game until I looked for evidence of impact, I cannot claim that as I did not make note on the invoice after delivery.
I am filing the claim tomorrow and I feel that they will take care of the situation.
