glad security0001 got you squared away

not trying to bust your balls or anything but technically, asking for a flyback for a SF cab is like asking for a starter for your red Chevrolet. you need to know what year, make, model and engine size so the parts guy doesn't sell you the wrong starter

good luck with your parts swap and don't install any capacitors bass ackwards and try not to overly "flex" the chassis if you can so as to not damage any of the traces on there. I used to have an arrow on my desk pointing to positive to help me remember which way the capacitor came out and which way the new one goes back in

I love my ESR meter. it's fun to test the old capacitors as they come out so I can see which ones are out of specification and more importantly, test the new ones going in so I don't install a bad one. doesn't happen very often but every once in a blue moon I detect an out of spec cap(or batch of them) and I figure that alone pays for the ESR then and there. if you're just doing one chassis it doesn't make sense to buy an ESR meter but if you're planning to do a lot of capacitor replacement, i'd consider it.

:)

Thanks Guys

I got them ordered and also another flyback for another monitor. Thanks for the input.
