i Need cabinet orders!

i just messaged incredible to see what we can work out on shipping for everyone. Also, probably not on the baby pac, John's is immaculate, and being a midway cab, has to be dissasembled to copy 100% accurate.

Do you wanna do a Baby Pac? I have 3 cabinets, 1 is basically empty. I would donate it to you for that purpose.

I am coming over as far as Portage, Indiana this weekend and I can bring it with me.
You'll have to manage getting it from there.
Interested?

Pm sent! Also, wouldn't happen to have a worn out playfield that isn't good for anything? I'd like to try and reproduce the wood half of it.

Sure. I have 3 of them.
The "worst" of them is very decent but I'll certainly bring you one for such a noble project.

I got confirmation that i can borrow a Track and Field cocktail w/the riser! He's supposed to call me saturday afternoon or Sunday morning so i can go grab it!

I would love to see an older taito cab that took the more flat control panel like crazy climber.Every time i see a taito cab on craigslist i get all pumped just to find it is the newer style.2 years and my crazy climber project still consists of a boardset lol.

I've been looking for a crazy climber cabinet longer than I've been on klov!

Someone borrow Brett a MP cab

I'd like a new Mad Planets cab. Would anyone else? Maybe someone can hook up Brett with one to dupe.

Is it different than Qbert? They look similar, but I have never looked at the details close enough to tell if they are different. He showed pics of clean Qbert.

DUDE! If you could sell these as kits, and offer them for a slightly lower price, and offer reasonable shipping, you'd make a killing on all of us. It would change the hobby! You wouldn't need to look for a job! I would take a Taito now and probably another at a later date.

I agree. There are a lot of us that have woodworking skills, but don't have:
-a CNC to accurately cut sides to a cabinet we don't own, so can't copy
-a CNC or the jigs to cut the slots in the cabinet sides
-a good router table setup for making the rabbets, etc..

and would be more than willing to do the assembly, finishing, etc..but would pay to buy the pieces, if available. If you could ship an assembled cabinet, wrapped, on a pallet, etc.. a few states away, or the panels, packed flat (which would still be a big shipment).. what would the price difference in shipping be? Could you still make it a viable business selling that way and not doing the assembly? Could it actually be more profitable for you, considering the time that goes into the assembly on your end? I think you'd have to sell the kits as-is.

Plus imagin how many could be cranked out if there was no assembly on the selling end? :)

And then deal with all the customer support issues with someone with no skills trying to put one together.... I see problems already. :)

All of you flat-pack supporters need to go read the thread he started about sending games to CA. If that horse wasn't beat dead enough, then have at it again. ;)
