no original here to check angle cuts that need done on the tablesaw, and no original as a guide for part placement/location. It's a bit different than DL, with the monitor area, etc.

Space Ace, i actually lost the vector files, i only have cut files. The cutfiles were set as .81 for cut depth for melamine, and the last one i made was Ply, made it tough to assemble, threw some parts off, since they were supposed to be cut at .75 and i have no way to change or edit the files with the missing vector files.

What's John's method for painting?

Depends, some games are enamel, some are automotive based paints. I know nintendo is enamel, it really gives it the look of the originals. Mspacs he's done, and robotron have been automotive. The automotive games are primed, basecoated, then the color layers. I'm sure he'll chime in when he gets back from his baby pac pickup.

Sorry if you've said this already. Do these come assembled or in pieces packed flat? If they are assembled can you send them flat at a cheaper rate perhaps? I'm REALLY liking that Burgertime...

They come assembled. I asked awhile back if it would be cheaper to ship the ms. pac cocktails dissembled. Cant remember exactly what the response was but I think it was still costly.

One would think thought that a cocktail cab wouldnt be too bad to ship. Would be interested in seeing the current rate from UPS or Fedex if it was packed in a box. Or if it would be any cheaper freight wise(dissembled).

Me too, seeings as there is practically NOTHING out here on the arid plains. It's no wonder I missed most of these growing up...

If i tried to ship a cocktail, it would have to be in Ply, and the usual particel board for the top. A melamine cocktail would never survive the shipping lol. When i have my wood order delivered, i'll cut one out, box it up, take it in to ups with the zipcodes of those interested just to see what kind of prices on shipping i get. Once i know the weight and box dimensions, should be easy to get a price after that.
