I have a very nice piece of unused NOS side art for a Bosconian machine that I would like to have reproduced so that I can buy a set. Is anyone willing to produce a run of this art work silk screened if I send them the NOS piece? We can discuss the details of the transaction later on but please let me know if you are interested.

Mike, you are looking at big dollars to repro any art work screened in small quantities. Getting the art ready to be camera ready as they put it and the screen charges are what will kill you. Some will get you for setup charges too. Similar in most things, the first one costs a million dollars and the next 2,000 are a dollar a piece. Not trying to discourage you, just want you to be aware of what you will be getting into. Good luck and hopefully someone will want to make a bunch of them.

Yeah I know it is messy when it comes to set-up fees and everything. I am really just hoping that they see a need for this and just needed a good opportunity to get it done. There are tons of printer services out there that could get it done but I want to talk with the screeners to see if they would be interested. I am new to the screening process.

Yeah Rich has done a lot of stuff for me including a custom printed Jungle King Marquees that he now sells on his webiste. The only problem is for this type of stuff in low volumes Rich only offers printing, (like the Jungle King marquee); and there are a lot of opportunities for printing out there. Screening is a different story.

Thisoldgame.com. Rich and Kendra are sure to satisfy you.

A little darker than the original which makes some details hard to see when not lit, however I am redoing all of my marquee brackets and lining them with felt before I install it. It should look better when lit.

That being said it still looks AMAZING! It has a thick white laminate I think on the back to protect from scratches. And I have yet to see a JK marquee even remotely this clean. Strongly recommend the purchase.

How is the JK marquee, any details, pics? thanks

Bosconian sideart is either offset printed or simulated screened process color like other Ballys of the day Tron, SH, Journey etc.
if you thought spot color screenprinting was expensive this is proably twice that and the min qtys are also much higher.
this is why I did a solvent inkjet with a UV clear screened on Journey sideart
I think the only offset repro done was Tron by PheonixArcade.

If youd like to send the art to me I can have it scranned and could solvent inkjet that with a clearUV silk screen coat
like Ive done for Star Castle, Journey, and Ice Cold Beer.

on the Jungle King marquee its a solvent inkjet laminetd to the back side of glass
with a screenprinted trans white
its darker for 2 reasons 1 its double printed to keep the colors from washing out
and 2 unfortunatly the scan available though nice and clean was over processed
and darken too much :(

Thanks for the update and the offer Rich.

I will ship the art out to you today 10/13. Please ship it back to me quickly because I do need to send it to someone else who wanted to scan it for a favor to them.

BTW I do LOVE the marquee and am glad I went ahead with the special order. This is the 4th marquee I have bought for my JK, (the others were in various states of damage from years of play when I got them) and the only one I will put into my machine!

Any intrest in doing the Jungle King Bezel for me next?
