I love the 90s, too.

I love Jurassic Park. I've played it at arcades a couple of times. I thought about buying one when they had that amusement sell off awhile ago and they were going for $500 each. But they're just sooo big. I'd have to give up 2 uprights to make space for it (or expand my arcade room... hmmmmm).

The stand up with the TV monitor is not that much bigger than an average Jamma cab. The cab is the same size as Virtua Cop.

The killer for this game is the cost of parts.

Just one in my gameroom and it's not staying. Only got it because it was a package deal with a Punch-Out!!

Not me. By the time the 90's hit, I was already off to college. Girls were more important. I only remember the 80's games.

This may sound highly unusual, but I met and dated a couple girls who were semi-regulars at the local arcade. Yes, they were over 18 and actually cute, too! They all worked in the mall.

Talk about having cake and eating it, too.
The workroom in the back was a nice convenience. ;)
I never went to college but if I could do it again,
I'd still do what I did.

The majority of my collection is 90's. I also grew up in that time where the 80's classics and 90's stuff mixed. For a good idea on what I am talking about, Street Fighter II hit when I was in 7th grade. My first game ever was Dragon's Lair. I played nothing but Virtua Fighter 2 my Junior year of High School. I wasn't going to school yet when I saw the local bowling alley uncrate a minty sit-down Pole Position.

Pictures someday...but: 2 Neo Geo MVS, Super Street Fighter 2 (big blue), Ganky SF2 Hyper Fighting, 2 Red Z-Backs (one for...yup...SF2), a candy cabinet and a Virtua Fighter. Everything else is either early 80's staples (Pac-Man/Galaga/Centipede) or late 80's going into 90's (Guerrilla War/Rotary stick cab, Arkanoid, Playchoice 10).

I don't care what the old farts say, 90's was a damn good time with good games. They're just mad because they were no good at Street Fighter... ;)

Yeah, seriously. In my experience the machines have been somewhat of a chick magnet. I can only imagine what it would be like with a DDR

The 90's was my decade in the arcade for the most part. I'd say close to half of the games I have are from the 90's and while I love the 80's classics as well, my heart belongs to the 90's. Here's some of my favorite 90's games in the collection. Not pictured are Point Blank, Lethal Enforcers, Saturday Night Slam Masters, Mortal Kombat, and Beat the Champ.

That more or less applies to me as well. However, while in school I almost never dated - too focused on school work. Though summer time was a different matter, and I got married 7 months after finishing school. :)

To be honest, I had never even played sf rush (other than 2 games of sf rush 2049 at ground kontrol) before I bought mine!

No, we just hate the concept of "continues".

I turned 16 in 1988. Up until 1988 my life consisted of motocross, video games and trying to get laid... in the order.

Once I turned 16 and got my license my life consisted of trying to get laid... and that's about it.
