I lost my Son

Just thought I'd share with community. On December 29th 2019 I lost my 16yo son. He was my game moving buddy and a fierce competitor on any game we played. We went on so many game runs. When those games popped up for cheap and you had to get there NOW, he was running out to the truck with a dolly and straps. Whenever I needed his help to move a game or pin, he always helped with no complaints no matter how many stairs. He bested me at almost every game we've owned. In the 8th grade he did a partial restore on a Space Invaders Deluxe. He capped his first monitor and built the control panel from scratch, among other things. It was his pride and joy. Just a couple weeks ago we were discussing what games we would never part with no matter what and his game topped the list. We lay him to rest on Wednesday and I'm sending him off with the player 2 button from his game. We had so many matches on that machine and now it will be a single player game. I miss him terribly.

I remember reading your post about his building the Space Invaders for school. I was blown away when I saw him recapping a monitor!
