I know I may get shot for saying this but,

My point was just that i thought it was cool to get that high up on the leaderboards for the game. Top 100 is pretty much what i shoot for in terms of competitiveness for xbox live/psn leaderboards, becAuse quite frequently, going higher means that youre usually competing against hackers and flat out people that have more time than sense. So for me, jumping from 20,000th place to 110th is pretty damn good for a few hours effort.

Just for reference, ive never played Gorgar, Jive Time, TOTAN, Firepower, Sorceror, Black Knight, or Taxi in person.

The others except for Shuttle I havent played in person since the 80s/90s.

Nothing's foolproof-you could go to a friend's house and play something for a couple of hours, buy your own and figure out that after a few weeks it loses it's charm. You never know for sure, but virtual pins can be one tool in making the decision to buy or not buy a given pin.

yeah, i know.....i was more just making fun of my white water purchase. i really couldn't stand that pin.

The best way to figure out which pins to look to buy is by going to Vegas for the weekend(maybe longer) and visit the Pinball Hall of Fame. Most the pins are in pretty good shape. Spend a few hours playing all the ones you're thinking you might want to own. Quite a selection to play.
