Hello everyone. I posted this in one of the Youtube video channel threads but it turned into a bigger project than I plained so I thought I would share my latest project which I had not really plained on. I just wanted to put wheels on my Star Wars upright cabinet to make it easier to move around to work on as I have a board issue I need to track down and fix. I bought the game back in 2001 which I knew had some water damage when I got it but at the time did not seem too bad so I just got the game working and it's been in the line up for a number of years now.. The last few months I have slowly been getting around to putting wheels on the rest of my games and it was time for Star Wars. Well it turns out the cabinet was in worse condition than I thought which triggered a new video series Star Wars Cabinet Repair which so far is up to 4 videos with 1 if not 2 more videos to go at least as far as the cabinet repair is concerned.
So if you enjoy watching arcade cabinet repair videos hear you go. I hope you like them.

I have been following your repair/restore on youtube. Great work as always. Your vids are some of my favorite arcade vids. Excellent work.

Here's Part 5 of my Star Wars cabinet repair. In this video I compare Minwax Wood Hardener Vs Elmers Rotted Wood Stabilizer to see which is better to prepare the wood for Bondo which will be the next video.

Great stuff, thanks for doing videos like these, really helps!

Here's Part 6 of my Star Wars cabinet repair. In this video I Bondo the cabinet corners and front kick panel. The next video will be cutting new T-molding slots in the Bondoed corners, primer, paint and installing new T-molding.

i've been following this series and i learned a lot from you, never figure to use wax on wood to form a corner.

thanks for making the vids!

Here is Part 10 and finial installment of my Star Wars Cabinet Repair Series,The Final Reassembly. I must say I think it turned out better than I expected. This project born from just wanting to put wheels on the cabinet to make it easer to move around in the arcade mainly so I could work on the game board which had developed problems. At the end of the video I power on the game and explain the problems I am having. The board has the Vector-Labs Multi-game kit installed. I wont go into great detail here as I may start a new thread about the board problems but if anyone has any suggestions please let me know. I'll start the troubleshooting process soon.
I hope you enjoyed the videos and thanks for watching.
