I Guess They Call This A Grail...

AWESOME FIND!

I used to play the hell out of an EDOT at the local arcade in my hometown growing up. LOVE that cab. Once you are inside it really sucks you into the game.

I didnt really play it all that much - it was one of those 50 cent per play games...

Looks very nice. I hope to see one in person someday!

I have actually have had the honors of seeing one with my own eyes. :) Wasn't expecting it. It was under layers of junk when I went to check out some other game. Freaking cool aren't they.

Nice score by the way. How did you move it?

They are not fun to move - I am in the process of putting wheels on the bottom of it...

I wouldn't think that about 300 Ibs. of pure gaming goodness would be my most favorable thing to do on a weekend. :) But hey, It's hopefully worth it in the end!

At least your EDOT wasn't a victim of the 50-50 saw.

Don't get me wrong, it looks awesome, and one I've definitely seen people drool over on the boards for years.

But, I tend to only get cabinets of games I played a lot growing up, and I had never seen a DOT in person until last year at Ground Kontrol (still haven't seen an EDOT in person).

Since I have no memories of it, the nostalgia factor isn't there for me.

That's the reason I collect as well!

I WANT ONE! I'LL TAKE IT! I'd figure out a place to put it and a way to move it but hell yeah, THAT'S A GRAIL! Congrats!

I'll bet an EDOT is more than 300 lbs, a Xevious is 300 lbs! My guess is more like 400-450 lbs.
