I got something better than Magic Eraser

Have a paperboy coming next week. Hopefully, its a candidate....

Or...

I can spray paint one of my Control panels, let it dry and show you the magic eraser vs orange power result. If i have time this weekend (i have the HVLP gun set up for a Robotron repaint) i will do that.

I tried some of this today on my pacman cab.

It CAN AND WILL TAKE OFF PAINT.

just a warning. the longer you leave it on, the more paint that will come off.

I haven't used ME. For my purpose, i was trying to get some dirt/grime/grease off the paint but there is also some severely old adhesive from what looks like packing tape on some areas (and over the side art).

I've used goof off or goo gone (the one that doesn't remove paint) and simple green - the two worked fairly well. In any case, i'm going to have a cabinet that doesn't quite have the shine that a new paint job has and i was hoping this would help get rid of some of the more stubborn dirt, but if you leave it on for too long, the paint starts stripping onto my sponge.

Sorry to hear it. Heed this warning - it is strong / test spot it. Too bad it cut a little deeper than needed.

I am sure it will come in handy for other areas. I am only guessing here that the Cab application differs from those that i have (Star Wars, Tempest, Gauntlet, Various Pinball machines, Painted Robotron and Stargate) since i havent run into this problem.

I got mine in and used in on my red Neo Geo today. It worked really well. Lots of grime and dirt around the bottom from years in an arcade. I also ordered some of those plastic razor blades from the site. Those are great.

Thanks for the tip.

ive had good results with orange oil. cleans and protects. amazing stuff. im guessing that is what is the active ingredient of your orange powder. all natural too :)
