So I was finally able to track down a working Hypersports sports and plan on doing the Rearrange kit from High Scores/Saves. Problem is, although the PCB board length is identical to a TnF PCB the top board is wider. Thus, when i tried to put it in the cage by sliding the boards through the tracks it doesn't work! Any options to this outside of taking the cage out completely?

Yeah, I've seen this. I'm not trying to install both boards, just replace the TnF board with the Hypersports. Also, they say in this vid that the Hypersports board is longer??? Not sure if they made different boards, but my TnF board is identical in length to the Hypersports board. Only difference is the top board is wider. Even the overall width is the same, but due to the top board being wider the screws that connect the top and bottom board just catch on the rails when sliding in the cage. Basically, moving the PS to the back would do nothing for me in this case. I'm specifically looking for someone that had the Hypersports Rearrange kit done and uses it in a TnF cocktail.

Sorry, that's my go to video when I restored mine. Does your hypersports board say Konami on it, maybe a bootleg?

When I did mine, I also noticed that the screws on the top board hit the track, so I just kinda slid it in on top of the tracks rather than in the tracks and that seems to have worked.

Just wanted to share my experience with having 2 boards in my t&f cocktail:
I had T&F with an '84 Games both in, bought a switcher from RiddleTV, (Half the cost of the Rearrange you mentioned) and the only modification I needed to do was unscrew the boards and move them further from the door and that's because the positioning of the RiddleTV switcher (Connects at edge connector of the board) brought things beyond the door. Otherwise everything worked great and could switch between games by holding 2 buttons. Just thought I'd share...
