Hey all,

I've decided to sell my Hyperpin. I didn't skimp on parts for this machine and you can see that in the list below. The displays are top notch and the sound is outstanding. It currently has 32 tables. If you have any knowledge of VP you can add more. So if you were ever thinking of making one of these for yourself this is for you because I'm selling it for very little more than I have into it.

The body and backbox are painted black. You can add sideart if you wish. I added an access panel in the back to grant access to the computer. I installed four cooling fans but the machine never runs hot. I kept the pc entirely in it's case and the processor is liquid cooled. The backbox can easily be removed from the body too. It is basically a clean, simple cab.

Controls:
It has a single button located where the on/off switch was under the cab that powers on everything and then boots directly into Hyperpin. I wanted to keep things simple for the kids (and myself) so it only has a start button, exit button, coin button, and an extra ball button. It has two flipper buttons (blue) and two black buttons located next to the flipper buttons for nudge. It has a plunger that simply has a switch at the end to put the ball in play. The longer you hold the plunger out the harder it hits the ball. The volume wheel is located inside above the coin release opening. This makes it easy to adjust the volume but also keeps it away from the kids.

-CPU AMD Phenom II X4 840 (3.2G)

Nitpicking..

"-Core i7-DDR3- 2 GB DDR3-1600 X2 (4GB)"

There's no such thing as Core i7 memory. It's just DDR3.

Thanks for the rough estimate of how much it actually costs to build one..I've got an empty pinball cab sitting in the back of my Rav 4 I was going to do this with, now I know that I'd rather just buy a pin for sure. :|

Install VP on your pc, tip your monitor on its side, and try it out. Its really cool but will never replace a real pin when it comes to feel. If you want 30-40 games in 1 then a Hyperpin machine is the way to go. If you want a real pinball machine, get a real pinball machine. I used VP to test out tables and rules to see which real pinball I wanted to buy. Either way the machine he is selling looks to be a really nicely done Hyperpin.

Pin

I would love to have this, just a bit out of my price range.

I have played them, they are quite cool. But no it is not the exact same as a pin. It is very cool to play and to have all the pins on one machine is sweet. You have to try it to see if you like it.

Maybe one day

Thanks to everyone for the many emails and interests!

I'm still looking for a sale.

Partial trades considered.

Thanks again to everyone for your interests!

Well I'm no where in the area, but I appreciate the fact that you took so many pictures. I'm going to have to save them for future reference. It seems like it would take some time to make it nice.. Well done!
