Hyperdrive to CompactFlash

Anybody successfully convert Hyperdrive to a 4gb CF?? I have 3 different MAME CHD copies all at 367mb and all 3 extract to 20gb images with chdman which obviously won't fit on a 4gb CF. ToplessZ told me he uses a 2gb card for this game so not sure where to get a different CHD that'll work being my original hard drive took a shit.

I'm thinking who ever made the CHD included all 20gb of sectors being the original hard drive is 20gb. Is there a way in CHDMAN to chop out the empty sectors to just copy the game files to a CF??

If you don't Mind. Plop the File in that Mediafire Drop Box and I will attempt to see what I can do for you.
I have done a few CF conversions for myself, so maybe I can point you in the right direction.

Pretty sure you just extract directly to the physical drive, ie; "chdman -extract imagename.chd \\.\PHYSICALDRIVEn" where "n" is the drive number. You'll simply run out of sectors, but it should work if the actual data fits.

Tried it already and the CF card just freezes up with a red light. I was able to extract it to a 20gb hard drive but just had a black screen and it wouldn't boot. I had no issues like this with Gauntlet DL and Blitz99 so I'm thinking the CHD file out there is a pile of shit.
