Got this fully working Hyperdrive PCB which uses the seattle setup, question is as I dont have a cabinet for this driver, but do have a Area 51 cabinet, can I easily convert this to Carnevil, as Hyperdrive runs at 200hz, whereas Carnevil runs at 150hz, I would assume I need the gun board that connects to the main board? anyone help on this? does the board have a sec chip like the vegas setups? Thanks

You will be fine running a faster MHz on that Seattle board for Carn Evil. You will need the following parts. Gun I/O board and Boot chips and of course a hard drive with Carn Evil image. Only hard part is finding a gun I/O board as they are hard to come by.

plus the security chip. Boot chip can be easily copied. Security chip is a different story.

if you really want a 150mhz pcb, I would trade you.. Vapor trx uses 200mhz pcb and I could use a backup.

how much are the sec chips?
and I presume the extra board for Hyperdrive isnt the same as the extra board for carnevil?
