Hi guys,
Today on a 20 mile run I passed a Hyper Sports sitting on the curb with a "free" sign on it so I went back and picked it up. First free cab! Anyways, I brought it home and plugged it in and.... nothing. No lights, noise, etc- completely dead. I took some pictures:

Since I'm not getting anything, I figured it's probably a power issue of some kind. I'm not too familiar with these older games- I'm more familiar with JAMMA systems. What would be the recommended steps for determining the issue? My only fear is accidentally killing something because I hear that HS boards are real finnicky. Any advice would be appreciated- I'm kind of new to arcade repair.
