I have accesss to two truly HUO AFG and I'm curious what the going rate for these is. One is currently in my dad's house and one is in my showroom. My pinball tech is trying to convince me to sell them and I just really don't know that I want to. They are both numbered in the 800's if that matters. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Hey Greg. Short answer. Stupid silly money. Pin prices for A title games have skyrocketed. HUO TAF's are in the range of $7-$10k depending on condition. Gold? Tack on another $2-3K.

What he said. TAF Gold is around $10,000. If it's HUO, $12-$13,000.

The lower number (serial number) TAFG were shipped overseas and the higher serial number games stayed in the USA. The games with serial numbers 1-10 were made basically at the end of the run since Pat Lawler kept the serial number plates and stuck them on the games made at the end of the 1000 game run. Pat kept #1 gold for himself.

Most TAFG sell for around $10k and up. The last HUO TAFG I saw a few months ago sold for about $15k.

Tafg

heard there was one at the Wintson Salem auction Saturday--does anyone know what it sold for? and did anyone remember the # on the serial plate? --I would love to own one of these!

Was that for a routed machine or HUO? From what I understand some of the machins were purchased and routed by ops that missed out on TAF.

Interesting, I didn't know that numbers 1-10 were made at the end of the run. Someone stored #5 new in the box because I had a customer who bought it new and I set it up for him, I bought it back a few years later. It only had a few hundred plays on it, in fact, it still has only a few hundred plays on it, I rarely play it, I want to keep it mint.
