For those of you not aware - there is a new half-hour show on HBO entitled Hung. it is about a down-on-his-luck divorced teacher with a big one, who tried to reverse his misfortunes and make some cash by being a "happiness consultant" for hire, if you get my meaning. My wife has become addicted to the show, and it's pretty funny, I guess.

Anyhoo...

Last night's episode entitled "The Pickle Jar" had a scene where he takes his teen-age kids to a drive-in to see some slasher flick. At one point his daughter sees her ex-boyfriend with some girl, and runs off to talk to him, followed soon after by the brother (who tries to fight the guy) and the dad. The end up in the "snack bar" building where there are a whole bunch of older pinballs, several video games (including one with the oft-seen "Out of Order" sign on it), and a couple other stuff like air hockey tables and what-not.

The show is supposed to be taking place in Detroit and surrounding areas, which means it's actually being shot in Vancouver or something. Still, while they may have tried to put together an "arcade" as a set, I doubt they built an entire drive-in (although they could have used a closed one).

Anyone else see the show or maybe know if they actually used a drive-in or arcade that's actually still in existence? Or perhaps provided some games for the scene?

Actually Mod, alot of it was shot here. And still is.

I figured the exterior scenes were, but didn't know if most of the interior shots were done elsewhere.

So - is the drive-in and arcade actually up there?
