Hunchback....desirable?

Strange game...but hardware is also a bit proprietary IIRC. There aren't many around and for good reason. Might be fun to fix and bring to CAX. Why don't you get right on that. :D

I never heard of it until I saw the one Steve W. donated to Richie's arcade. Seems like it would be stupid fun. A guilty pleasure. The play control and sounds remind me more of a game which would be on the Commodore 64 than in an arcade.

Based on the overwhelming response I'm going to be selfless and let one of you fine gentlemen have it. :)

It's fun. MAME's emulation of it is soundless and slow.

Depends on which version you play ;) I think the newer versions of MAME, the CVS hardware games play better. Also depends on which version of Hunchback you have. There's several different hardware versions too...there's versions on DK, Galaxian and Scramble hardware (at least in MAME). Which one did you get for Richie's Steve?

Scramble hardware.

I think ours is on CVS hardware but haven't looked at it in a long time. We have the PCB, CPO and Marquee. For some reason I remember it having odd conectors and not standard edge connectors.
