Dual monitor playchoice 10. One speaker is hooked to the top monitor and the other speaker is hooked up to the bottom monitor. Both speakers work when playing games. But the speaker hooked to the bottom monitor makes annoying hummming sound all the time. Could it be something in the monitor that needs to be fixed?

Recap the sound section

How bad is the hum? All nintendo games have a hum. It's a design flaw. Recapping may help but won't entirely eliminate the hum. Do a search here on it. It's been discussed many times.

It is louder than my signal monitor playchoice and mario bros arcade. You can hear it hum from a different room.

I had that issue with my mario bros wb. It sort of sounded like an old ww2 airplane flying over head. If you cap the sound board that will fix it.

Thanks. I assume the sound board is in the monitor somewhere. Does someone have a pic so I know where to locate the sound board? Where would be a good place to buy good quality caps for it?
