Hi All,

This week coming up i want to put a push on to get my centipede restored. It had been converted to JAMMA but I have bought a wiring harness, AR2, P/S for the cab to put it back to original.

Only problem is it does not appear everything lines up, Maybe I am missing some part of the harness.

Anyone have some pics of the inside of the cabinet, I want to make sure I have everything i need and it is connected right. I downloaded the manual but it is all wiring schematics and not pics of what goes where.

Basically I need a what wire goes where lol.

The helper on this thread would also be helping me out as well so if anyone who is a champion at wiring this cab please give us some insight!

Sorry...looks like you're missing a section of harness. It goes from the plug on the power block to the unoccupied plugs on the AR board. I'm afraid I'm not sure it's the same in all atari games, but they're probably very similar. Perhaps you could post in the wanted section with that question.

Well I went up to where I am stashing my Centipede project and pulled out all the hacked guts too see if I can make one full harness. Looks like close but no cigar.

Looks like one part of the harness i was missing was the part with the interlocs. But as you can see looks like the red and blue wires coming from this harness are feeding back to the P/S . I am not sure how that part should look when unmolested

yet another angle that shows where they tied the switcher into the mix.

this shows where the switcher is tied in, looks like they added a new connector to accommodate this. the connector on my nicer P/S has a 15 pin connector and the one that is hacked only has a 4 pin connector. (side note the 15pin connector has all female pins in it except the center pin which is a male pin. Is that normal?)

The one on the right is still not a work of art but is much nicer, I need to get a new fuse block for it though.

Looks like the harness was cut in at least one spot but I can fix that back up. What I don't know is how that 15pin connector on the P/S hook into everything? I feel so close that it would be a shame to JAMMA it properly and buy a Centi-2-jamma adapter.
