I've looked all over, but haven't had luck. my question is: How the hell do you replace a cockpit's t-molding? I'm looking at some light blue molding, like Phet's has, but I cant figure out how you could..AHEM, get it into the slot, especially in the center of the side! If anyone's got any words of wisdom for me, help me out! I'm 90% sure I'm missing something very obvious, but...

I'm not 100% sure but don't those two pieces separate? (the seat and the game section)
Nope. they're deceiving, it looks like it should, but between the "grooves" it's all solid. you'd have to cut it in half to separate it. That's where the problems come in!

They do. There is a brace inside the 2 pieces that is removable. 5 or so screws and 2 crown staples. It is a black piece shaped roughly like a boomerang.

This is the upper seam that I am speaking of. You just need to slide the molding into the lower seam and then use something thin enough to slide between the 2 pieces and push them in tight.

I thought I may have to do this. And to remove the old, just do the same, but pry it out? Thank you for the help, Phet!
