I have this Hoei Super Space Stranger cocktail I've been restoring, one of the outstanding issues is moisture has become trapped between the glass and the tinted sheet that sits under it, causing blotches that move around with pressure. There's some kind of white seal around the glass, I'm not sure what extra adhesive may be there, the bezel part is taped to the wood under this. Tried pushing, it starts to flex at the sea but the amount of pressure was higher than I felt comfortable with.

Anyone seen this before? Manual doesn't have a detailed cab assembly diagram.
