How to properly wire for both emulation and testing/playing JAMMA PCB's together

I am currently working on converting a Dynamo Showcase Cab 33" Golden Tee 2005 into an emulation MAME machine.

I am utilizing an Ultimarc I PAC Ultimate I/O for the emulation side and have a nice quality Jamma Harness with heavy gauge wiring.

I want to be able to run my four player NBA Showtime on NBC/ NFL Blitz, Gauntlet Dark Legacy/ Gauntlet Legends Vegas 777 PCB on occasion and MAME on the same machine.

I am looking for the simplest / best / correct working wiring system. I just do not know if I am going to start a severe headache by having them both simultaneously wired at the same time together.

I am cutting the control panel and starting the wiring this weekend. Any constructive help would be appreciated.

I have a multi-everything machine.
Thought about this stuff in the past and after applied usage---
I find it easiest to do it manually, I have the jamma edge connector within reach in the coin door.
then I put a shelf along the inside of the cab so all the goodies can sit within reach inside the coindoor.

That way I can plug in jamma pcbs like the FPGAs, or the jpac connector going to PC.

There are lots of little nuances that make it hard to automate anything like different jamma pcbs position the image on the monitor slightly differently. All that quirky tinkering stuff.

If you want to be able to run Jamma games use the J-Pac. You can manually unplug the MAME rig and drop in a PCB. You could even run a 2-1 Jamma switcher with the MAME on one side and PCBs on the other. Four player harnesses would be more difficult to use on the switcher, but you could run some quick disconnects or try to use a kick harness condenser like guys use on the Multi-Mortal Kombat setups.
