I picked up a nice golden tee 2004 cabinet today from a pawn shop of all places and it had 1 key. It opened the front coin door and back panel, but the cash box and dollar bill slots are locked. In the past i have used a flat head and forced the lock open but this unit has heavy duty bit locks on it. Any ideas on how to get these open so I can see if there is hopefully some cash in there and to replace the locks with new ones ?
Thanks
Chris

If you can open the back door, just undo the latches for the control panel shelf, slide it out from the front until it lays horizontal, then reach in from the back and undo the screw/nut on the back of the coin door. You may be able to do the same for the dollar bill door, or the key for it may be hanging on a hook inside the coin door...

they are both completely covered by the wooden box inside the cabinet so access to them is not possible. I'm going to try and drill them today.

Unless you have something weird, they shouldn't be. Let's see a pic from the back...

I just looked at a pic online of the inside of one. You should be able to access the upper coin door from inside. Once open, you can check to see if it has the keys for the other doors. If not, then you will have to drill them out - or get a locksmith to make you keys...

Success, I used a metal cutter drill bit and in less than 30 seconds voila.
Thanks for the help
Chris
